Meet Kannan
Kannan is a certified strength and nutrition coach, marathon trainer, and Hyrox & Yoddha event specialist. He works with runners and athletes at every level — from first 5K to podium finishes.
His philosophy is simple: to run well, your whole body needs to be trained and fueled right. Strength and nutrition aren't optional extras, they're the foundation everything else is built on.

Every athlete starts in a different place. Our process is designed to meet you where you are and build from there — with real accountability and support throughout.
Step 02 - Build your plan
A personalized program covering your run training, strength work, nutrition and recovery — designed as one integrated plan, not separate silos.
Step 03 - Train & adjust
Regular follow-ups and continuous Chat/WhatsApp support. The plan adapts as you do — because training never goes exactly as planned, and that's fine.
