Meet Rati
Rati is a mindset coach specializing in mental resilience. Drawing on her background in physiotherapy and counselling psychology, she works with people who are going through hard things, and want to come out stronger, not just survive.
She works with adolescents under exam pressure, young professionals navigating stress and identity, and people working through marriage, communication and life transitions. Her approach is practical, grounded and deeply personal, combining weekly sessions with continuous chat support, because real life doesn't wait for your next appointment.
Resilience isn't about being strong all the time.
It's about having just enough strength to get through the hard part. And then a little more the next time. Rati builds that with you, not through motivation or positive thinking, but through real tools that work when life gets difficult.

Weekly sessions with Chat/WhatsApp support in between. We work on your tools, practice them in real life, and adjust as we go.
Weeks 10–12 — Own it for life
You leave with a personal resilience toolkit that belongs to you. The goal is to be confident in yourself, not dependency on coaching.
