MINDSET COACHING

Your body is ready. Your mind needs to catch up.

Most people don't fail at fitness because they lack discipline. They fail because they haven't trained the part that decides whether they show up or not — THE MINDSET. That's what we work on here.

YOUR COACH

Meet Rati

Rati is a Mental Fitness Coach who works with people who are already trying - and keep hitting the same wall. Drawing on her background in physiotherapy and counselling psychology, she works at the intersection of how the body and mind interact in a fitness context: why habits break down, what patterns drive them, and what it actually takes to make fitness a permanent part of your life rather than something you return to after every gap.

She works with recreational runners, endurance athletes, and anyone building a fitness habit who has realized that the obstacle isn't physical. Her approach is direct, practical, and grounded in your specific patterns — not generic tools applied to everyone. Sessions are weekly, with WhatsApp support in between, because the real work happens in the moments between sessions, not just during them.

Mental strength isn't about pushing harder.

It's about knowing exactly when to push, when to hold, and when to rest — and doing each one without a fight.

COACHING AREAS

What we work on together

01
Understanding how you work

Not a personality test. A precise map of what makes you show up, what makes you stop — built entirely from your own patterns.

02
The habit-sabotage cycle

You've started before. We find the exact moment your effort breaks down and build the tool that interrupts it next time.

03
Your inner voice after a hard day

The story you tell yourself after a missed session or a bad race determines whether you come back. We work on getting that story right.

04
The "I can do more" conflict

Capable people push when they should hold. We train the restraint muscle — so it's a skill, not a surrender.

05
How you use the time between training

Unstructured time gets filled — with extra sessions, extra food, extra effort. We look at what happens when you're not training, because that's where performance is built or broken.

06
Building the environment that makes you consistent

Motivation runs out. The right environment doesn't. We build your fitness life around what actually makes you show up — not willpower..

  • You've started a fitness routine more than once — and you know exactly why it stopped.

  • You train well when things are going well, but one bad week and you're back to zero.

  • You push harder than your plan says to, and you've paid for it — in burnout, in injury, or in a race that didn't go the way it should have.

  • You're doing everything right physically, but something keeps getting in the way and you can't name what it is.

  • You finish a training session and feel guilty that you didn't do more — or miss one and feel like you've already failed.

  • You use food, extra sessions, or long walks to fill time you don't know what to do with — and it's quietly working against you.

  • You want to stop relying on motivation and start relying on something that actually holds.
